Villa Ownership is a world-first, one of a kind opportunity and only a limited number of the villas are available for purchase.
Villa ownership is contractually guaranteed by VVRI for a minimum of 15 years (4+ circumnavigations), however, your ownership is valid for the entire operational life of the ship.
When another vessel or desired villa becomes available, you also have the option to change ships or upgrade your cabin. See more on trade-ins below.

Decorate and Make it Home
Make your villa your own cozy abode on the sea. Feel free to paint the walls and hang up your favorite pictures. Providing you stay within the ship's safety regulations, you have complete freedom to decorate your villa to your heart's content.
Invite Friends and Family to Stay
Your guests can stay in your villa at no cost while you’re away. Any guests past your normal occupancy only pays $33 a day.

Hop on, Hop Off
While aboard, this is your home. Should you discover something beautiful, feel free to enjoy it, hop off and rejoin us at your leisure. Simply notify our staff of your plans when disembarking of your expected re-embarkation.
Should you disembark for more than two weeks, our Voyager services must be notified at least two weeks prior to rejoining the vessel as we must maintain the manifest in accordance with maritime law.
Monthly Fees Will Never Increase
Unlike segment pricing, monthly fees for owners are contractually guaranteed to remain the same for the life of the vessel.
Milestone Payments for Future Contracts
Cabins are purchased in milestone payments on Dec 31st, Jan 15th, Feb 15th, and Mar 15th 2024. Future joiners would catch up to the current milestone.
Example: A contract starting on February 1st would start with a 50% initial payment, 25% on Feb 15th, and the remaining 25% on Mar 15th.
Never Pay for Segments
Ownership means you never pay for segments. Hop on and off or stay aboard! The world is open to you for the lifetime of the ship.
Resell Privately or Take Advantage of Our Buyback Guarantee
Your Villa can be leased or sold privately at any time by you with the potential of receiving a net return on your investment.

Renting Possibilities When Not Onboard
If you’re off ship for longer than 3 months at a time (full segments, notified at least 1 month in advance) and choose to rent your villa, VVRI will make its best efforts to sell the segment(s) and will share any profits with the owner.
We will also store belongings you wish to leave onboard during your absence (within reason).
Villa Trade-in and Ship Transferability
When another vessel or desired cabin becomes available, residents are offered a trade-in option to change ships or upgrade their cabin. The trade in value is the original villa price, less the number of years of ownership, with a minimum trade in value of 50%.
