For operational and maritime compliance reasons, residents planning to return after extended time ashore should notify Resident Services in advance so that manifests and immigration requirements can be properly managed.

Monthly Fees

Owners pay a monthly maintenance fee which supports vessel operations, crew, hotel services, fuel, port costs, and ongoing maintenance.

While the company works to maintain stable operating costs over time, maintenance fees may be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in operating expenses as outlined in the ownership agreement.

Payment Structure

Cabin purchases may be structured through milestone payments depending on the program available at the time of purchase.

Future owners joining after initial launch phases may be required to align with the current milestone schedule applicable at that time.
